Every first-time-in-college student at UT Permian Basin must take the 一年级的研讨会—a semester-long class, 50 minutes in length, that meets once a week during the fall semester. During that time you’ll learn skills, resources, and techniques for making the most of your time on campus and in our community.

During your 一年级的研讨会, you’ll participate in a university oral history project and other activities designed to help you engage with other students, faculty, and people all over campus who work to help students succeed in academics and in life.
